eDispatched Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets forth the guidelines and restrictions for the use of eDispatched services and resources by all users, including employees, contractors, and customers of eDispatched 91 and 135 businesses. By using eDispatched services, you agree to comply with this policy and any amendments that may be made from time to time.
Scope
This policy applies to all users of eDispatched services and resources, including but not limited to:
- Internal admin portal
- Internal employee mobile apps
- Customer web app
General Principles
This policy applies to all users of eDispatched services and resources, including but not limited to:
- Lawful Use: All users must use eDispatched services in a lawful manner, complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
- Prohibited Use: Users may not use eDispatched services to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Responsible Use:: Users are expected to use eDispatched services responsibly, respecting the rights of other users and maintaining the integrity and security of eDispatched systems and data.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activities that are prohibited under this AUP, including but not limited to:
- Illegal Activities: Using eDispatched services to engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable laws and regulations.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any eDispatched service, account, computer system, or network.
- Disruption of Services: Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of eDispatched services, including distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Data Misuse: Using eDispatched services to collect, process, or store personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Using eDispatched services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, and patent rights.
- Fraud and Deception: Using eDispatched services to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities, including impersonating another person or entity.
- Abusive Behavior: Engaging in any behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.
Use of Internal Admin Portal
The internal admin portal is intended for use by authorized employees and contractors of eDispatched 91 and 135 businesses. Users of the admin portal must:
- Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality of sensitive business information, including customer data, employee data, and business operations.
- Access Control: Use only authorized credentials to access the admin portal and ensure that access is granted based on the principle of least privilege.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the admin portal.
Use of Internal Employee Mobile Apps
The internal employee mobile apps are intended for use by authorized employees of eDispatched 91 and 135 businesses, including pilots and mechanics. Users of the mobile apps must:
- Secure Devices: Ensure that mobile devices used to access eDispatched services are secure and protected from unauthorized access.
- Timely Reporting: Use the mobile apps to report dispatch and maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compliance with Procedures: Follow all relevant procedures and guidelines when using the mobile apps for dispatch and maintenance tracking.
Use of Customer Web App
The customer web app is intended for use by customers of eDispatched 91 and 135 businesses. Users of the web app must:
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when booking flights and using other services provided through the web app.
- Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy and rights of other customers and avoid any activities that may infringe upon their privacy.
- Prohibited Conduct: Refrain from any conduct that is prohibited under this AUP, including unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
Enforcement and Consequences
eDispatched reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:
- Account Suspension or Termination: Suspending or terminating user accounts that are found to be in violation of this policy.
- Legal Action: Pursuing legal action against users who engage in illegal activities or other conduct that harms eDispatched or its users.
- Reporting to Authorities: Reporting violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law.
Amendments
eDispatched reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the policy, and continued use of eDispatched services constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
